Insurrection ran some nice races last season but his lofty handicap mark proved beyond him when meeting younger legs. His most eye catching run was possibly in the Kim Muir at Cheltenham where he made good ground from the rear and was still travelling well jumping three out. Insurrection didn’t stay the extended trip but it showed there was still plenty of hunger in his belly.

At ‘contract end’ this grand servant was sent to the May Sale but sometimes things are meant to be. Having been bought by trainer Nick Scholfield without having an owner in mind he approached us to see if we had any interest.  As a result we were pleased to re-syndicate Insurrection.

His mark is starting to look more to our liking and after New Year there will be nice program of races in the veteran series.
