We are thrilled to have this gorgeous 2-y-o colt as a new member of our team.  Out of a two-time winning daughter of Nunthorpe heroine Oasis Dream and by Group 1 winner Havana Grey he is beautifully bred for the job.  
 
Havana Grey was a tremendous racehorse but is an even better stallion so we’ve been looking for the right opportunity to buy one of his progeny for some time.  On the dam side Anna Sophia gained ‘Black Type’ in America winning both as a 2-y-o and 3-y-o.  It’s a lovely pedigree.
 
He’s a big, strong colt who is developing all the time and showing plenty at home. The impressive Owen Burrows will train from his Lambourn base. With over 25 Group winners to his name we’re certain Owen is a top class trainer with top class facilities. 

About the Trainer

Owen Burrows

Owen Burrows is a respected British racehorse trainer based in Lambourn, Berkshire. He began his career as a long-time assistant to Sir Michael Stoute before taking out his own training licence in 2016. Initially serving as a private trainer for the Shadwell operation, Burrows has since expanded to train for a broader range of owners.

Burrows has achieved significant success with horses like Hukum, who won the Group 1 Coronation Cup in 2022 and the King George VI & Queen Elizabeth Stakes in 2023. Other notable horses include Minzaal, winner of the Group 1 Haydock Sprint Cup, and Anmaat, who secured the Group 1 Prix d’Ispahan. He is known for his patient approach and continues to be a prominent figure in British flat racing.
