Go On My Son

Trained by Clive Cox

FORM -45 OR

"We've not had the rub of the green with Go On My Son but he's a horse who remains with plenty of potential. He needs one more run to obtain a handicap mark and from there I'd be very hopeful he'll pay his way." Noel Fehily

He started his 2-y-o career with a lovely 4th place at Windsor in a race that worked out really well as the winner and second both won next time out.  A month later he went to Salisbury but ran below expectation which was a little disappointing on the day.  Since then we’ve not had a clear run as an injury prevented him having another run in his debut season and when coming back this year he cracked his pelvis.

Positively his recovery is going well, he’s back walking on a daily basis and by mid August we hope to have him trotting. All being well he should be ready to make his return to the track in the autumn.  We’ve not lost any faith in this attractive grey gelding.
